1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VitalForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

VitalForge is a fitness, nutrition, and wellness tracking application that uses AI to help you monitor workouts, meals, and health metrics. It offers both free and premium (Pro) features. It is not a medical service.

3. User Accounts

• Free Users: Can use the app without registration. Data is stored locally on your device.
• Pro Users: Must create an account with email and password. Data is stored on our servers.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use VitalForge.

4. Purchases and Payments

• Pro features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
• Web payments are processed securely by Stripe. Android payments through Google Play Billing.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings.

5. Refund Policy

• Lifetime purchases: Non-refundable after 7 days of purchase.
• Subscriptions: You may cancel anytime, but no prorated refunds for partial periods.
• Technical issues preventing use: contact helpdesk@vitalforge.eu within 7 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: use the app for illegal purposes, attempt to hack or reverse-engineer the service, share your Pro account with others, submit false information, or use automated systems to access the app.

7. Health Disclaimer

VitalForge is not a medical app. Information provided is for general fitness and wellness purposes only. Calorie and nutrition calculations are AI-generated estimates, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any diet or exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues resulting from following app suggestions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VitalForge are owned by Mark A. Jerak and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

VitalForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Slovenia.
